Delivering in as fast as seven days
To accommodate your volume requirements, we operate two factories that cover a total of 105,000 square meters. We use advanced equipment from Japan and Taiwan area, including seven high-speed rotogravure presses, five dry laminators, two extruders and 25 bag sealing machines. Our monthly capacity is 1,500 tons of converted material and 2,500 tons of BOPP films. We can deliver your orders in seven to 15 days.
Strict testing
To ensure the consistency of our quality, we source materials from 20 suppliers that have worked with us for up to 15 years. Our 20 QC staff, each with up to 15 years of experience, use residual solvent testers, heat seal testers, chromatographers, vacuum testers and tensility testers to check our products. All our operations are ISO 9001:2000- and ISO 14000-certified. Our products are FDA-approved. We also offer a 12-month warranty.
